Local Dublin Bus services run from 0615 until 2330, and the main Dun Laoghaire stop is adjacent to the railway station, just a hundred yards from the Royal St George YC. Timetables and Route information can be found on dublinbus.ie

Suburban Rail (DART)

Services run from approx 0600 to 2330, and the station is adjacent to the Royal St George YC. This is the best transport option to Dublin City Centre – Download Timetable / Live Train Schedule

Taxi

Taxis can be hailed on the street, can be found at numerous official ranks across Dublin, or can be pre-booked through the Club Staff. There is no designated make, model, or colour of car, but public taxis can be easily identified by their distinctive roof signs.The “Hailo” App is also useful as it allows you hail the nearest taxi from your phone (available for iOS or Android).

Car Parking

A pay-and-display parking scheme is in force in the Harbour parking area, and a separate scheme operates in Dun Laoghaire town. Please see the Parking section of this website or visit the Race Office on arrivals for information on parking, discounted tickets and valid parking zones.

The closest ATM is across the road from the Royal St George YC, on the wall beside Meadows and Byrne shop – this may only dispence 50 euro notes. There are also a number of other ATMs in the centre of Dun Laoghaire if you walk straight up the hill from Meadows and Byrne, turning left at the next set of traffic lights.
